Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto says Formula 1 race control "must do their jobs better" after the Italian Grand Prix ended behind the Safety Car. Binotto's driver Charles Leclerc started on pole position at Monza, and was trying to hunt down leader Max Verstappen in the closing stages after making a second pitstop for Soft tyres.
