Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon face a trip to the stewards after their coming together in the Brazil Sprint race. The Alpine drivers came to blows in an aggressive opening lap in the Brazil Sprint, with both drivers fighting for the points-paying positions. At Turn 4 of the first lap, Ocon forced Alonso wide when trying to hold on to P6.
